Middleton Structural & Design was officially established in 2020. As a small company, the quality of work is paramount to maintaining positive relations with current and future clients. This is why at Middleton Structural & Design the two goals are to create a concise Structural and/or Architectural package for the customer and to provide the best customer service possible.

Meet the owner
WELCOME
Zack Middleton is a licensed Professional Engineer who received his undergraduate at the University of Georgia and his Masters in Structural Engineering at Portland State University. In October of 2023 Zack passed the NCEES Structural Engineering Exam (SE exam). He has an excellent background in residential engineering in new construction, remodeling, additions and foundations.
Additionally, he has over a decade of structural experience in steel building foundations, art-work, signage, retaining walls and commercial buildings - to include new commercial design as well as commercial building renovation. Zack also has significant experience working with specialized semiconductor, solar and brewery equipment. Due to this experience in specialized equipment, Zack has been specially trained and certified in Solidworks for both 3D modeling and dynamic analysis.
While Mr. Middleton strives to learn and take on challenges (he is learning to play the violin): his true passion is to spend as much time as possible with his two daughters, and to assist (as best he can) his wife in starting her own brewery. Zack's recreational hobbies include snowboarding, running, fly fishing, golfing and brewing.

Jon McKim - Architect
Jonathan is the Design in Middleton Structural & Design. A fully licensed Architect, Jonathan has experience in Forensic Investigations, Residential, Commercial, Data Centers, and many specialty projects. Jonathan is based out of our Florida office.
Born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Jonathan has a passion for architecture
Jonathan is the Design in Middleton Structural & Design. A fully licensed Architect, Jonathan has experience in Forensic Investigations, Residential, Commercial, Data Centers, and many specialty projects. Jonathan is based out of our Florida office.
Born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Jonathan has a passion for architecture and would like to someday retire on a sailboat.
