Middleton Structural & Design knows that our customers are the only reason we stay in business & are always willing to assist with payments or terms on an as needed basis. Please note the associated fees in the signed proposal, as well as the standard terms to our contract. Should you prefer to pay through our website, please include the PO Number associated with your project (this number is at the top right hand of the proposal). Additionally, please include the amount billed on the invoice or the amount noted in the proposal plus the associated 4% transaction fee.
